This workshop seminar’s emphasis is on the gathering and specifying of essential Business Requirements for the information aspect of an enterprise. It teaches how to produce an Information Model for static data (i.e. stored data) with their relationships and their support specifications.

This seminar provides the necessary skills to a Business Manager, Project Lead or IS Manager responsible for coordinating and facilitating the development or purchase of a system that is efficient and Customer Focused for an enterprise.

Detailed Description

Fees for the above seminars:

4 day in-house workshop format: $16,500 for up to 20 students.
2 day in-house lecture format: $9,500 for up to 20 students.

We welcome larger groups for an additional fee of $850 for each student over the base 20.
Customary instructor travel and living expenses will be added to the above.
