Brian has conducted keynote and featured speeches at California’s San Diego State University and at ProjectWorld Conferences. He has been the featured speaker at the GIGA Business Process & Workflow International Conference and at conferences hosted by the Workflow and Re-Engineering International Association (WARIA). Recently Brian has also given talks at the Business Rules Forum, DCI/Shared Insights, Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management IIRM conferences.
In addition he has given many talks on "Creating Customer Focused Organizations" (a distillation of the core
ideas in Brian's book of the same name) at numerous government and private organizations.
