Course evaluation feedback and discussions with our State Data Administrator and State Training Officer indicate that your personable style of teaching is very positive and has creates an open and relaxed atmosphere, which supports a high level of student-teacher interaction and freedom to ask questions. Handout materials and classroom techniques have proven to be of high quality, very understandable, to the point, and applicable to the subject matter being taught.
 
Our students have included those with Information Resources Management (IRM) technical backgrounds and laymen alike. Course work provided has impressed both types of audiences and boosted their learning capacity. Some students have gone on to apply the full scope of Business Engineering (BE) to their work and others use course information in a general manner. Managers have used BE principles during reorganization and Project development.
 
You have proven to be very flexible in designing courses specifically tailored for Idaho BLM and for arranging cooperative training session opportunities with the Interagency Fire Center and U.S. Forest Service. Working with you has truly been a delight. Your individual style of teaching has impressed many people.
